Our 9-hole portable mini golf course is designed to entertain groups of all sizes. While it can comfortably accommodate up to 32 players at once, the joy often comes from players rotating through the holes at their own pace, making it perfect for continuous engagement throughout your event.
How much space is needed for the set up?
While exact space needs can vary based on the layout, a general guideline for our 9-hole course is an area roughly 800-1000 square feet. We can work with you to customize a layout that best fits your venue, ensuring maximum fun in your available space.
Is the mini golf for indoor or outdoor use?
Our versatile portable mini golf course is perfect for both indoor and outdoor events! Whether you're planning a corporate gathering in a ballroom or a community festival in a park, The Putting Posse can adapt to your venue.
What is included in the rental?
Your Putting Posse rental includes everything you need for a fantastic mini golf experience: all 9 unique holes, putters of various sizes for all ages, golf balls, scorecards, and pencils. Plus, full delivery, professional setup, and efficient teardown are all part of our stress-free service.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. For non-weather related cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. Our standard policy allows for changes or cancellations up to 14 days prior to your event for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days may incur a fee.

How long does setup and tear down take?
Our experienced team ensures a simple and efficient setup and tear down. Each process typically takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. This time is *not* part of your rental period, meaning you get the full duration of mini golf enjoyment.
What happens if there's bad weather for an outdoor event?
We understand weather is a big concern for outdoor events. The Putting Posse offers flexibility for weather-related cancellations or changes up to the time the equipment is out for delivery. This will be mutually agreed upon for the safety of the equipment and to ensure value to your guests. Your peace of mind is important to us.
